Mixing By Hand

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Neapolitan Pizza Mix, yeast, and warm water. Stir until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise: Lightly grease a bowl with olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone or steel, place it in the oven to heat.

Shape the Dough: Punch down the dough and turn it onto a floured surface. Divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a circle or rectangle, about 10-12 inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thickness.

Prepare the Pizza: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured pizza peel or baking sheet. If using a pizza stone, transfer the dough directly onto the hot stone. Add your desired toppings.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Cool: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Stand-Up Mixer Instructions:

Preheat Pizza Oven: Preheat your pizza oven to 800°F (425°C) or according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Shape the Dough: Punch down the dough and turn it onto a floured surface. Divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a circle or rectangle, about 12-14 inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thickness.

Prepare the Pizza: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured pizza peel. Add your desired toppings.

Bake: Slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone or surface of the pizza oven. Bake for 2-4 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted. The exact time will depend on your oven's temperature and design.

TIPS & TRICKS:
