Golden, crisp, and irresistibly aromatic — our homemade focaccia is crafted from slow-fermented dough, hand-stretched and baked to perfection. Each loaf is infused with Dough Dust “Everything Bagel” seasoning mix and finished with a delicate sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil for a rich, savory flavor.

Soft and airy on the inside, crisp and golden on the outside — cut into thirds for awesome sandwiches, with cream cheese and lox as a pseudo bagel, or simply enjoyed warm on its own with our bread dipping seasoning mix.

Topped with our made in-house Dough Dust “Everything Bagel” seasoning mix.  Poppy seed, black and white sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion & flakey salt.

Made without preservatives, put in your freezer or refrigerate upon receiving until ready to enjoy. DO NOT LET THAW IN BAG. Remove from bag, thaw at room temperature. Ready to eat or reheat center rack at 400° for 8-10 minutes (or until your liking).

SHIPPING: We ship out orders every Monday & Tuesday via UPS 2 Day Air. Our items are baked, cooled, frozen, and shipped with care. If your order arrives slightly thawed but still cool to the touch, it is completely safe to place it into your freezer for later use. This is a common and safe practice, approved by national food safety guidelines. While our breads do not need to be shipped frozen and delivered so quickly, we’re trying to ensure every bite is as fresh and delicious as it was when it left our oven!
